Hyperoptic Internet Outage

Hyperoptic Broadband users on floors 7,8,9,10,11 & 12 have not had internet since around 11pm on Tuesday 06/07/21. As of 3pm on 08/07/21 the internet is back on. It might cut out again in the next few days for a few minutes while they replace the temporary fix with a permanent one. The issue was with the power supply to the Hyperoptic cabinet in the building which is outside of the building management’s control.
