Following a competitive tender process Acumen Projects were awarded the Mechanical & Electrical Services packages on 21 Apartments and 4 Luxury Penthouses by Head Office 3 (Leeds). The site is located in central Nottingham. Acumen completed Phase I of the project which consisted of 340 apartments in 2006.

The completed project consists of a twelve storey building containing 340 apartment over 9 floors as part of the phase I works. The phase II works consisted of 21 apartments and 4 luxury penthouses on the 10th, 11th and 12th floors.
