Marco Island comes with a variety of services & amenities.
Concierge
The Marco Island concierge team is at your service Mo-Fr between 8am and 7pm and here to answer any questions you may have.
Security
Our security team is located in the reception area from 7pm-8am as well as 24 hours a day on the weekend. As part of their work, they will do floor sweeps.
Mail & Parcels
Letters are delivered to the mail room which is located on floor 2, opposite the lifts. Simply get into the lifts at reception, go to floor 2 and when you step out, you are looking directly at the mail room.
Parcels can be collected 24/7 from reception. Please ensure you have ID with you when picking up your parcels. If you have have a collection booked, you can leave your parcel at reception. While 24/7 CCTV is in operation, please note that Marco Island cannot be held liable for any kind of lost or stolen mail.
Cleaning
We have a great cleaning crew for the communal areas that are on site daily Mo-Fr to clean the lifts, buttons, doors, hallways, entrance areas etc. Their service does not include removal of personal rubbish left by residents outside their doors, so please take your trash to the bin store. Every six months a team of high-rise window cleaners come round to clean every outside facing window.
