On-Steet Parking
Parking is available on brook street just outside Marco Island with free parking at night between 10pm and 8am (please review the signage as this is open to change). Just a 10 seconds drive further down the road free parking is already available earlier from 8pm to 8am on the left side of Brook Street.
Brook street is classified as ‘Parking Zone 2’, thus the charges are:
Mo-Sa 8am-8pm: £1 for the first hour and £0.50 per 30 minutes thereafter.
Sundays 8am-8pm: £1 for 3 hours or £2 for full day.
You can get monthly or annual parking permits from the council for “On-Street Zone H5Q0”. Click here for details.
Off-Street parking
There are various private car parks that offer secure all day parking for £5-25/day within a 15 minute walk from Marco Island (Nottingham Train station car park starts at £29/week,£95/month or £950/year). Marco Island Residents can also get secure parking with gated access for £30/week or £110/month just a 10 minute walk away. E-mail [email protected] for more details.
Marco Island Car Park (closed to public)
A small selection of bays is owned by leaseholders as part of the apartments on floors 10,11,12. No parking is available within Marco Island unless it is part of your leasehold.
